This has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this distinction for the **third consecutive year**. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We are opening a permanent position as **Port Operations Agent** at our workplace in **Valencia**, and we want you to join our team! ### **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Monitoring the capacity of various cargo holds on each vessel and the license plates of vehicles scheduled for boarding, to ensure proper access control, and reporting any deviations from the established schedule to the office. * Managing vehicle boarding and disembarkation operations at the marshalling yard and pier, following established protocols and supporting mobility for those requiring assistance. * Reviewing vehicle reservations to verify that data has been correctly entered into the system. * Monitoring traffic at pre-boarding and boarding marshalling yards to facilitate the flow of trucks, passenger cars, and passengers, while ensuring the safety of staff and customers. * Checking boarding cards to confirm reservation accuracy and scanning them using various devices. * Additional administrative and operational tasks inherent to the role. **Schedule:** Rotating morning or afternoon shifts ### **What Do We Offer?** At Baleària, we value and care for our team.
