We are building a team that unites purpose, precision, and results—and we’re looking for someone who wants to be the engine that keeps everything moving. **About the Role** We seek an SAT Assistant with initiative, composure to manage multiple concurrent tasks, and coordination skills that won’t get lost amid unanswered emails and tight deadlines. You’ll be at the operational heart of the company: our warehouse in Badalona, working alongside the CX team and technicians. Your mission is to ensure installations happen, audits are executed, and external technical services stay on track. For this, we need someone unafraid of picking up the phone. **Your Responsibilities** * **Feasibility Management:** Analyze and process feasibility assessments prior to each installation, ensuring technical and logistical requirements are met before commencement. * **Coordination of External Technical Services:** Serve as the liaison with external technicians, actively tracking execution of audits and installations to ensure timeliness and compliance. Your focus will be on new installations. If there’s no response, you follow up. If a bottleneck arises, you escalate it. * **Order Management:** Process material orders required for installations, coordinating with the warehouse and suppliers to ensure all necessary items are available when needed. * **Multi-Party Coordination:** Align all process stakeholders (technicians, clients, suppliers) to prevent any break in the workflow chain. * **Monitoring and Tracking:** Maintain accurate and visible real-time status updates for each service, installation, and order across the team. * **Process Improvement:** Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and propose solutions—including adoption of new tools and automation. **What We’re Looking For** * **Proactive Phone Communication:** You don’t wait to be called—you initiate calls, conduct follow-ups, and close tickets only once fully resolved. * **Excel Proficiency:** You navigate tables, filters, and formulas confidently. Excel is your operational notebook—not a necessary evil. * **Tech Savviness:** You adapt quickly to new digital tools and enjoy exploring how technology can enhance your work. * **Curiosity About AI:** You have genuine interest in how artificial intelligence can automate or improve operational processes.
