Act as a process and analytical reference for international teams. **Mission of the role** The International Business Process Analyst supports the Operations and Transformation agenda by analyzing, designing and improving end‑to‑end business processes across multiple geographies, with a strong focus on **Italy and France**. The role acts as a bridge between Operations, Servicing, IT/Data and Management, ensuring processes and reporting are scalable, efficient and aligned with the NPL business model. **Key responsibilities** * Analyze and improve operational and servicing processes across the full **NPL lifecycle** (boarding, servicing, recoveries, disposals, reporting). * Support **process harmonization and standardization** across countries, adapting to local regulatory and operational specifics. * Act as a **process and analytical reference** for international teams, especially Italy and France. * Support management decision‑making through **data analysis, KPIs, dashboards and performance reviews**. * Translate business needs into **clear functional requirements** for IT, Data and reporting teams. * Work cross‑functionally with Operations, Servicing, IT, Data/BI and Finance. **Required profile** * **Engineering degree** (industrial, management, civil, computer or similar). * **Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills**. * **Proven experience in the NPL / Special Servicing business** (mandatory). * Hands‑on experience with operational processes, servicing platforms and portfolio data. * Advanced **Excel** skills; experience with KPIs and large datasets. * International exposure or multi‑country operational experience is a strong plus. **Languages** * English: fluent (mandatory) * Italian: fluent / professional level (desirable) * French: fluent / professional level (mandatory) Daily interaction with Italian and French teams is expected. **Personal skills** * Structured and detail‑oriented mindset. * Strong communication skills across cultures and seniority levels. * Proactive, hands‑on and delivery‑focused.
