Position Summary: We are seeking a Revit Architectural Modeler for KREAN, responsible for creating BIM models, graphical documentation, and interdisciplinary coordination on architectural projects. Key Highlights: 1. Creation of BIM models in Revit and graphical documentation. 2. Interdisciplinary coordination and resolution of interferences. 3. Management of Revit families and change control. POSITION: Revit Architectural Modeler CLIENT: KREAN DEPARTMENT: DESIGN CATEGORY: TECHNICAL POSITION MISSION: Revit Architectural Modeler MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Creation of BIM models in Revit, developing 2D and 3D building plans and digital mock-ups. Generation of graphical documentation (floor plans, sections, elevations, construction details, and renders). Interdisciplinary coordination, integrating architectural models with structural, MEP, and urban planning models. Detection and resolution of interferences (clash detection) among construction and engineering elements. Management of Revit families and libraries, optimizing components for architectural projects. Model updates and change control, ensuring information consistency and traceability.
