Moreover, you’ll have the chance to collaborate with renowned companies across various industries, enabling you to gain broad experience in software development and enhance your ability to build innovative and effective solutions. **Job requirements** -------------------- **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Lead requirement analysis and technical solution design. * Identify ambiguities and inconsistencies in requirements and propose improvements. * Identify tasks required to build solutions and coordinate the team for their implementation. * Develop and oversee test plans, and actively contribute to software quality assurance. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile (Scrum) environment. **What do we expect from you?** * **\+5 years of experience as a Java Software Engineer (Java 17 or higher).** * **Experience as a Tech Lead** * **Spring Framework (Boot, MVC, Security, etc.)** * JPA / Hibernate * Maven and Gradle * Hexagonal architecture * **Experience integrating with APIs and distributed systems** * Strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation. * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. **Nice-to-have skills:** * Thymeleaf * Angular **What to expect when joining our team?** * Work in a dynamic environment where you can contribute meaningfully and grow professionally. * Permanent contract. * Flexible work arrangement: fully remote or, if preferred, occasional office attendance at our IFEMA Madrid location. * Competitive salary. * Flexible compensation: meal vouchers, transportation, childcare, and health insurance. * Flexible working hours. * Summer intensive work schedule.
