In addition to production duties, the operator is responsible for the direct handling of ingredients and semi-processed products. This includes following specific procedures for assembly and preparation, where attention to detail and precision are key to maintaining consistent product quality. The job requires constant coordination with other team members to optimize available time and resources, thereby contributing to the overall efficiency of the production process.
Finally, the operator participates in the final packaging and distribution preparation stages—activities requiring meticulousness to ensure packaging adequately protects the product. This complete cycle—from raw materials to finished product—highlights the importance of this position within the food supply chain, offering comprehensive experience in industrial food production.
Hiring is conducted via monthly contracts with a high likelihood of renewal. The work schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, with rotating shifts covering morning, afternoon, and night hours. The gross remuneration is €9.50 per hour, plus any additional allowances stipulated by the applicable collective agreement.
Applicants must hold an official disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher. A minimum of six months’ prior experience in food industry companies or in analogous production roles is mandatory. Candidates must possess their own vehicle for commuting to the workplace.
