We are currently recruiting an Electromechanical Workshop Manager to join an industrial-sector company. We seek a technically skilled professional with experience in electrical installations and the ability to coordinate and supervise a work team. Key responsibilities: Coordination and supervision of a team of approximately 5 to 7 people. Organization and planning of workshop tasks. Execution and supervision of industrial electrical installations. Installation of cable trays and laying of electrical wiring. Connection of equipment and installations. Assembly of electrical panels and distribution/control cabinets. Conducting tests and inspections of installations. Monitoring of work progress, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. ### **Requirements** Higher Vocational Training (FP) degree in Electricity, Electromechanics, Automation, or equivalent qualification. Experience in industrial electrical installations. Previous experience in distribution and/or control electrical panels is desirable. Experience in team coordination is desirable. Strong organizational, leadership, and incident-resolution skills. A responsible, proactive individual capable of working autonomously. ### **Offered** Working hours: Monday to Friday. Winter schedule: 08:00–16:00\. Summer schedule: 08:00–15:00\. Terms: Immediate incorporation. Initial 3-month contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency). Subsequent permanent direct employment with the company. Salary to be determined based on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
