Psychologist

Description

The professional will be responsible for providing psychological and emotional support to the center's users, promoting their well-being and personal development. Additionally, they will collaborate in the development and monitoring of Individualized Care Plans (ICPs) and work in coordination with the interdisciplinary team to foster residents' autonomy and quality of life. * Be part of the technical team to develop necessary supports for users. * Conduct initial assessments and ongoing emotional, cognitive, and psychological follow-ups. * Develop and update Individualized Care Plans (ICPs) and specific protocols. * Propose intervention guidelines and conflict resolution strategies among users. * Intervene in the behavioral disorder unit. * Supervise and promote caregivers' best practices, participating in periodic meetings with their assigned reference staff and groups. * Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, contributing expertise from their field. * Provide support to families and legal guardians. * Manage medical and maintenance emergencies when necessary. * Promote the center's smooth operation and assume management responsibilities in the absence of the director. * Prepare annual reports and summaries, including quality indicators. * Identify and propose training opportunities for users. * Supervise students during internships. * In the absence of the director, assume personnel management, incident resolution, and supervision of the center's proper functioning. Salary: €27,000.00–€30,000.00 per year Work location: On-site employment
