We are currently seeking an Educational Assistant for night shifts. The main responsibility of this role is to ensure the well-being, safety, and comprehensive care of resident minors during nighttime hours, providing a stable, secure, and appropriate environment for rest. The selected candidate will work in coordination with the center’s educational and technical team, following established rules, protocols, and intervention guidelines, while paying special attention to each minor’s individual needs. **Main responsibilities include:** Supervising and accompanying minors during the night shift, ensuring their safety and well-being. Ensuring adherence to established routines and sleep schedules. Responding to any needs that may arise during the night, offering support, emotional containment, and accompaniment as required. Conducting periodic rounds to supervise bedrooms and common areas. Intervening in potential conflicts, anxiety episodes, night awakenings, nightmares, or other situations requiring attention. Applying the individualized educational and intervention guidelines established for each minor, in coordination with their assigned reference educator. Maintaining a calm and appropriate environment conducive to rest. Identifying and reporting any relevant incidents to the educational team or center management. Documenting incidents and significant events occurring during the shift, ensuring accurate information transfer to the next shift’s team. Collaborating in basic organizational and maintenance tasks for the group home’s facilities. Respecting and safeguarding minors’ rights, privacy, dignity, and protection at all times. Acting in accordance with the center’s emergency, security, and protection protocols. The working schedule is nocturnal: from 23:00 to 08:00. We have two positions available; therefore, we may appoint either one full-time employee or two individuals sharing the shifts. **Profile:** **Requirements for the position:** * Minimum qualification: High school diploma.
