You will contribute to adapting tactical maintenance planning processes to the new AMOS environment. Your work will involve operational planning, capacity management, and resource optimization—leveraging data and automation to enhance processes and support decision-making. **What You’ll Do in This Project** * Participate in short- and medium-term maintenance planning. * Adapt tactical planning processes to the new AMOS environment. * Manage hangar and workshop capacity. * Perform load balancing and optimize resource allocation. * Analyze data and KPIs to improve planning and anticipate risks. * Automate processes using advanced analytics. * Identify opportunities for applying artificial intelligence and data analytics. * Collaborate with various technical, operational, and business teams. **Your Profile** To thrive in this role, you should have: * A degree in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. * Experience in operational planning, production planning, scheduling, or resource management. * Knowledge of data analysis and tools such as Power BI, SQL, or Python. * Familiarity with mathematical optimization. * Strong analytical skills and a process improvement mindset. * Excellent communication and coordination abilities when working with diverse stakeholders. * English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
