* Temporary * Full-time * €1,471.17 – €1,591.17 Monthly * Girona, CT, Spain * Residential Center Girona We are looking for a committed and person-centered **Dependency Care Assistant** to join our team and contribute to improving the quality of life of individuals. You will be part of a collaborative work environment where the primary focus is Person-Centered Care for dependent individuals and/or those with disabilities. ### **What do we offer?** * **Contract:** Temporary disability leave coverage (IT). * **Working hours:** Full-time. * **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts in continuous working hours (flexible start and end times according to assigned shift): + Morning shift: 7:00 AM – 1:00 / 2:00 / 3:00 PM + Afternoon shift: 1:00 / 2:00 / 3:00 PM – 9:30 PM + Shift (C/S): 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM * **Salary:** + First month: **€1,471.17** gross/month. + From the second month onward: **€1,591.17** gross/month (subject to evaluation). ### **Main responsibilities** * **Support and assistance:** Providing support for residents’ Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) (hygiene, feeding, dressing, etc.). * **Care model:** Promoting and implementing Person-Centered Care (PCC). * **Organization:** Organizational support tasks such as closet organization, laundry, and others. * **Well-being and teamwork:** Ensuring the holistic well-being of residents and coordinating effectively with other members of the multidisciplinary team. ### **Candidate requirements** **Education:** * CP2 or CFGM in Dependency Care or Professional Qualification/Certification issued by the Government of Catalonia, in case formal education is not available. **Experience and languages:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in a similar role (residential facilities or day centers). * **Languages:** Fluent command of Catalan and Spanish. * **Computer skills:** Basic office software/user knowledge. **Key competencies:** * Empathy, responsibility, and commitment to residents’ well-being. * Ability to work collaboratively and adaptability. * Active involvement in the residential facility’s daily operations.
