A space designed to savor the moment by the sea, offering good food and drinks in a carefully curated, welcoming, and Mediterranean atmosphere. The selected candidate will be fully responsible for kitchen management, leading teams during high-volume services and periods of intense activity, while consistently maintaining a positive work environment—without compromising organization, rigor, or order necessary to deliver high-quality service. Key responsibilities * Daily organization and coordination of kitchen operations. * Leadership and management of the team, fostering teamwork and a positive working atmosphere, with clear and professional direction. * Planning of production batches, shifts, and services. * Preparation and control of recipes, costs, and yields. * Supervision of product and dish quality during high-demand services. * Proposal and development of new dishes, contributing fresh ideas to the menu. * Monitoring and compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
