We are seeking a Commis Chef with at least 3 years of experience in high-volume dining establishments. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties: \- Team supervision and service support: Efficiently and coordinately lead the team, while providing support to stations with higher workloads. \- Dish preparation control and kitchen management: Supervise dish preparation to ensure proper use of recipes and presentation standards. \- Compliance with regulations: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, and maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen. \- Operational management: Perform head chef duties (in the head chef's absence). \- Formal culinary education is mandatory.
