Job Summary: This position involves guiding implementation, creating and updating work preparation, specifying industrial resources, and managing key issues, providing technical support and contributing to continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Guide the implementation of installations and create/update BoM/routings. 2. Specify industrial resources and plan exchanges with production. 3. Manage work preparation issues and support improvements. **Job Description:** Main activities are: \- Guide the first installation implementation based on feedback received from the shop floor. \- Create/Update BoM/'routings'/SOI considering shop floor requirements, time calculations, and compliance with Golden Rules of Work Preparation in accordance with applicable processes. \- Specify industrial resources (equipment, tools, fixtures, machines, etc.) required for creation or modification. \- Plan regular opinion exchange meetings with the production team. * Manage key/recurring work preparation issues escalated by the production team/shop floor technical support. * Communicate directly and physically participate in production team routines. * Support shop floor continuous improvements by providing work preparation expertise when issues are not managed at shop floor level by technical support. \- Support the PPE in: \* Assessing industrial impacts of modifications; \* Translating industrial requirements into design and supply chain. \- Responsible for configuration management support. \- Organize and support P\-FMEA/FMEA \- Depending on the division, provide technical expertise to the DPE. * Within the ME role, in supply chain management, ensure full and effective data consistency (e.g., missing parts, stock, material planning impact).
