Description #### **Job Description** As Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and **optimizing** all logistics operations related to the receipt, storage, and distribution of our footwear products. You will lead a team of 10 people, ensuring process efficiency and delivering excellent service to our stores and end customers. #### **Main Responsibilities** * **Team Management:** * Lead, coordinate, and motivate a team of 10 people, ensuring their development and commitment. * **Planning and Logistics Operations:** * Manage receiving, warehousing, order picking, and distribution operations. * Ensure accurate inventory control and optimize warehouse space. * Guarantee on-time delivery to stores and customers. * **Process Optimization:** * Propose and implement improvements in logistics flows to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions. * **Cross-departmental Coordination:** * Work closely with Procurement, Sales, and Stores to forecast needs and plan campaigns. * Ensure smooth communication with transportation providers and other logistics service providers. Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or footwear sector. * Solid knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution. * Experience in leadership and team management. * Strong analytical skills and proficiency in logistics management tools (ERP, WMS, etc.). * Excellent communication skills and results orientation.
