Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Architect to lead the development of construction projects, bringing technical expertise and specialized knowledge. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to project success We are currently looking for a **Technical Architect** to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in the development of construction projects, contributing technical expertise and specialized knowledge. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** · Responsibility for planning and controlling project execution. · Site supervision: conducting site visits, setting out, measurements. · **Measurements:** Performing precise measurements of materials, costs, and execution time. · **Construction drawings:** Preparation of drawings, details, and technical specifications for construction projects using AutoCAD. · **Document management:** Handling procedures with public authorities, applying for licenses and permits with municipalities and other public bodies. · **Supplier and subcontractor management:** cost comparisons, purchase orders, and tracking to ensure timely delivery. · **Management of in-house workforce.** · **Budget management:** preparation of budgets, certifications, and final project settlement using software such as Presto, Arktec, or similar. **Requirements:** · University degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering. · Proven experience in construction projects, preferably in the public or private sector. · Knowledge in areas including**, measurements, construction drawings, supplier and subcontractor management, and budget management.** · Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and technical documentation. · Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. · Proficiency in computer tools related to construction design and project management.
