




Job Summary: We are seeking an APS Implementation Engineer (Ortems) and Production Planning Engineer to improve and automate processes, and integrate production tools such as APS (Ortems) and MES/MoM. We are a pioneering engineering company specializing in the design of satellite technology and equipment for space exploration. In Defense, we undertake the design and manufacturing of equipment and systems, including unmanned systems. Within the Production Management Area of the Electromechanical Systems Division, we seek a candidate responsible for process improvement, process automation, and management/integration of production tools—including APS (Ortems), MES/MoM, etc.—used for these tasks, and their interconnection with other systems such as PLM and ERP. **Your Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement the APS (Ortems) solution, including enhancements and integration with MES/MoM and process generation tools. Also integrate with other Sener portfolio tools such as ERP, PLM, etc. * Tasks to be considered during this process and in supporting PII activities: * Workshop resource planning * Procurement planning * Planning of production and test equipment * Industrialization of production processes, preparation of pre-production phases, pre-series, and prototypes.\- PRR \& MRR. * Factory layout planning tools. * Production risk monitoring and management system * Stock and Work-in-Progress (WIP) control * Processes for managing inbound material logistics and shipments. * Development, customization, and implementation of APS (Ortems) * Development of the PII methodology within the SEM Division. * Adaptation and enhancement of other production tools, including their implementation and knowledge dissemination. * Experience across all production management and industrialization processes. * Within production preparation (industrialization), experience covering the full process and calculation of required resources—personnel, facilities, equipment/tooling, and materials—as well as designing the production strategy, POAP, LTC, PFMEA, etc. * Support Procurement in supply chain monitoring. * Although not hierarchically managing teams, you must be capable of functional management of all personnel involved in the activity, activity planning, and coordination with other Sener areas (Quality, Procurement, Configuration, Development, etc.) **What We Expect From You:** * A Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering is preferred. Specialization in Industrial Organization is highly valued.
