Job Summary: We are seeking a quantity surveyor or architect to perform detailed organization and rigorous control of on-site work, as well as coordination of teams and subcontractors. We are looking for a quantity surveyor or architect to join our team in the Villacarriedo area and surrounding regions, covering Lierganes, Selaya, Solares, and Sarón. Main responsibilities include detailed organization and rigorous control of all on-site work activities. The role also involves effective coordination of various work teams and external subcontractors, as well as constant monitoring of project execution timelines and intervention quality. A solid technical education and demonstrable on-site experience are required. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with competitive salary conditions adjusted according to experience, ranging from €21,000 to €25,000 gross per year.
