Support in organizing daily work in a dynamic position. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a logistics company in Girona. The selected candidate will be responsible for customer service and management, including incident resolution, quotation preparation, and general administrative and commercial support. Responsibilities will also include billing tasks, income control, payment recording, document filing, and daily cash and expense management. In addition, the candidate will be required to monitor and coordinate drivers’ daily services, plan routes, track mileage, and supervise travel expenses and diesel consumption. This position involves supporting the planning and organization of daily work, among other duties inherent to the role. A full-time schedule of 40 hours per week is offered, Monday through Friday, on a split shift. Working hours will fall between 08:30 and 18:30, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in a position equal to or similar to the one described. * We seek a responsible and dynamic individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. Proficiency in spoken and written Catalan and/or Spanish. Vocational Training Certificate (GM) in Administrative Management or equivalent.
