




Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive individual for the logistics department, focused on managing import and export processes in the automotive sector, including documentation, shipment tracking, and incident resolution. We seek an initiative-driven candidate to join the logistics department, specializing in import and export process management within the automotive industry. Responsibilities will include reviewing and archiving commercial documentation such as invoices and certificates of origin, as well as monitoring shipments to ensure full traceability of goods until final delivery. You will be responsible for entering shipment data into the ERP system and maintaining up-to-date supplier databases. It is essential to verify that all documentation complies with import regulations and internal policies to ensure smooth operations. You will also provide support in resolving incidents related to goods. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. Adaptability to a dynamic environment is highly valued. This position offers a temporary contract and a split working schedule from Monday to Friday, combining morning and afternoon shifts to facilitate work-life balance. Minimum one year of demonstrable experience in import or logistics departments is required. Fluent English proficiency is mandatory. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset. Education in Administration, International Trade, or a related field is preferred. Candidates with Primary Education, Bachelor’s Degree, Intermediate Vocational Training, or Higher Vocational Training qualifications will also be considered.
