As a Supply Chain Planner for the EMEA region, you will play a key role in ensuring product availability while optimising costs, inventory, and production efficiency. You will sit at the core of the supply chain, translating demand signals into actionable production and replenishment plans across a complex, multi\-site manufacturing network. This role requires close collaboration with Planning Managers, manufacturing sites, Customer Service, and cross\-functional stakeholders to manage demand variability, balance supply and demand, and drive operational performance. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------ * Develop and execute production plans for Timber materials across EMEA, aligning demand forecasts with operational capacity * Review and challenge demand forecasts to address variability and improve planning accuracy * Manage warehouse replenishment across Europe, balancing service levels and inventory targets * Coordinate planning activities across multiple production sites, including South Africa (ZA30\) * Participate in SIOP, SOE, and cross\-functional planning processes, ensuring alignment and execution * Identify and mitigate supply risks, shortages, and imbalances proactively * Act as the primary planning contact for Customer Service and commercial teams, managing priorities and escalations **Qualifications \& Experience** -------------------------------- * 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Scheduling * Experience in manufacturing or multi\-site supply chains is strongly preferred * Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into decisions * Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools is a plus * Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills * Ability to operate under pressure and manage competing priorities * Experience in scenario planning and risk assessment is advantageous * Reliable and executable production plans despite demand volatility * Improved customer service levels with optimised inventory * Fewer escalations through proactive planning and communication * Strong collaboration across supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial teams **Arxada has world class offering in two distinct areas:** Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) focuses on threats posed by microorganisms to people and planet through five distinct business lines including Professional Hygiene, Home \& Personal Care, Wood Protection, Paints \& Coatings and Material Protection.
