It is headquartered in Barcelona, but its scope of action is regional (autonomous community). One of the association’s most prominent initiatives is the Autonomous Living Support and Promotion Project. This project offers persons with disabilities (members of the organization) the opportunity to benefit from personal assistant support in carrying out all types of daily life tasks. The project operates according to the principles of the Independent Living Philosophy. Currently, we require a male personal assistant with healthcare training and experience mobilizing people with disabilities to fill a vacancy in Sant Boi de Llobregat (male user). For this vacancy, we seek a man. The responsibilities include: * ADLs (Activities of Daily Living): assistance with lifting, dressing, personal hygiene, showering, preparing and serving meals * IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living): accompanying the user in daily routines and tasks, collecting and cleaning used utensils, errands related to the user (e.g., picking up medications...) Working hours are as follows: Monday: 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM (6 hours) Tuesday: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM (5.5 hours) Wednesday: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM (5.5 hours) Thursday: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM (5.5 hours) Friday: 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM (5.5 hours) TOTAL: 28 hours per week, morning shifts **Profile:** * Experience and knowledge in personal assistance and interaction with persons with disabilities. * Experience in residential care, nursing assistant, or personal assistant roles **Competencies:** Learning ability, Flexibility, Technical and personal reliability, Interpersonal communication **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between 12\.000 and 18\.000 € gross/year **Minimum Education:** Medium-level Vocational Training **Minimum Experience:** At least 1 year **Start Date:** 23/01/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
