Fieldwork visiting customers and strengthening relationships We seek a Maintenance Manager based in Madrid with experience managing hotels and other establishments in the sector. Your main responsibilities will include prospecting new customers and identifying new business opportunities in the Horeca market. You will manage your own contact portfolio, effectively communicating the advantages of our products and dispensers—emphasizing cost reduction, waste minimization, and enhanced customer experience. You will collaborate closely with distributors to ensure all commercial opportunities are properly developed. You are expected to work towards ambitious acquisition and sales targets, demonstrating strong organizational skills and autonomy in managing your time and tasks. You will spend a significant portion of your working day in the field, visiting customers and strengthening commercial relationships. This position offers a full-time temporary contract (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday), with a competitive fixed salary plus a variable component based on performance targets. You will also receive a monthly meal allowance and a company vehicle with a fuel card. **Minimum Requirements:** * Prior sales experience in the Horeca/Food Service channel. * An active contact portfolio within the hotel industry. * Residence in Madrid. * A proactive profile in customer acquisition and prospecting. * Availability to conduct field visits to customers. * Ability to work under pressure and deliver high performance.
