Position Summary: We are seeking a social worker to provide support to elderly and dependent individuals, managing admissions, social histories, and social resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Task administration and facilitation of social resources A social worker is required to join a center in Zaragoza dedicated to supporting elderly and dependent individuals through residential care facilities, day centers, and home-based assistance. Applicants must hold a university degree in Social Work (Diploma or Bachelor's degree) and possess basic proficiency in Microsoft Office. Main responsibilities include planning and organizing social work activities at the center, managing user admission processes, preparing social histories and records, conducting social assessments and reports, administering related tasks, and providing information about available social resources. An indefinite full-time contract is offered, with a salary range of EUR 20\.383,72. Immediate start is required.
