We are seeking an experienced **Home Care Assistant (HCA)** with demonstrable experience and training in the field. **We Offer:** * Contract to cover vacations and temporary disability leaves (IT). * Immediate incorporation. * Full-time schedule \- **7 hours per day.** * **Morning and/or afternoon shifts according to rota (7:30–14:30 or 14:30–22\).** * **6 working days and 3 days off per week, Monday through Sunday.** * Salary according to the current sectoral collective agreement in the region. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure users' holistic well-being by assisting and supporting them in basic activities of daily living. * Promote users' maximum autonomy, physical and cognitive activity, self-esteem and self-worth, personal care habits, healthy lifestyles, and social relationships. **We want your experience to be agile, clear, and human-centered.
