You are the first face customers see and the last person who bids them farewell — making your role essential. You’ll help create memorable moments for our guests. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Assisting in preparing and setting up the dining area before service, including cleaning and organizing tables, chairs, and utensils. * Welcoming guests to the restaurant, escorting them to their tables, and providing menus. * Supporting head waiters/waitresses in food delivery, clearing tables between services, restocking supplies, and performing any other tasks contributing to efficient, high-quality service. * Keeping the dining area clean and tidy at all times — cleaning tables, chairs, floors, and other areas as needed during service and at the end of the day. * Ensuring service stations are fully stocked with necessary supplies — such as napkins, cutlery, condiments, and beverages — and replenishing them as required during service. * Collaborating closely with other front-of-house team members, as well as kitchen and bar staff, to ensure integrated and efficient operations across the entire restaurant. * Adhering to all restaurant policies and procedures, as well as health, safety, and food hygiene regulations, to guarantee high-quality service and a safe environment for customers and staff. * Properly applying regulations and procedures for correct waste segregation and management, ensuring compliance with established environmental and safety standards. * Performing any other duties required based on operational needs. **What we offer:** * **Contract type:** Fixed-term intermittent contract * **Working hours:** Part-time * **Schedule:** Monday to Sunday, with two weekly days off, on a split-shift basis. * **Salary:** €1,400 – €1,500 gross per month (paid in 14 installments), pro-rated according to hours worked. * **Benefits package:** Enjoy private healthcare insurance (comprehensive, with no waiting period after one year at Grup Blasi), flexible compensation, daily buffet at a reduced price, open-house days, and many more advantages! * Opportunities for professional training and career growth Let the adventure begin! *“We value diversity positively and foster an inclusive, respectful environment.”* **To enjoy this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Availability to work Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week, on split shifts. * Prior experience in front-of-house or customer service (preferably in the restaurant industry). * A friendly, empathetic approach and positive attitude. * Ability to work under pressure during peak hours. * Driver’s license (valued but not mandatory).
