Are you motivated to lead teams and drive business development?** We are looking for a **Groups Manager**, whose mission will be to lead and coordinate the Groups Department for Spain and Portugal, ensuring efficient commercial, operational, and financial management of bookings, leading the team, and boosting business generation through active relationships with agencies and suppliers. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Define pricing criteria and commercial margins, ensuring profitability for each operation. * Drive group business development in Spain and Portugal, maintaining strategic relationships with agencies and partners. * Analyze key performance indicators (conversion ratio, activity levels, response times) and identify improvement opportunities. * Supervise the department’s daily operations, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service-level standards. * Coordinate and develop the **Groups Specialist** team, assigning priorities and ensuring work quality. * Manage relationships with tourism suppliers (airlines, hotels, and ground services). * Oversee group bookings, files, and associated collections. * Resolve significant incidents, guaranteeing personalized, high-quality customer service. **What are we looking for in you?** * Degree in Tourism, Travel Agency Management, or related field. * 5\-6 years of experience in the tourism sector, preferably in tour operations or group departments. * Experience leading teams or coordinating booking and quotation management. * Knowledge of pricing, commercial negotiation, and tourism supplier management. * Proficiency in Excel; experience with Amadeus or other reservation systems is a plus. * Advanced Spanish; Portuguese is desirable. **What do we offer you?** * A collaborative, dynamic, and multicultural environment. * Flexible Compensation Plan: Medical Insurance, Childcare, and Training at special rates. * Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours and a hybrid remote work policy. * Training and Study Support. * Employee benefits and discounts.
