Job Summary: We are seeking a Nursing Assistant for a geriatric nursing home, responsible for personal care, meeting residents' basic needs, and accompanying them. Key Highlights: 1. Temporary contract with potential for a permanent position We seek candidates with training in Nursing Auxiliary Care or a related Professional Qualification Certificate to perform essential duties in a geriatric nursing home. Main responsibilities include ensuring residents' personal hygiene and fulfilling their basic needs, as well as accompanying and supervising their daily physical activities. The role also involves assisting residents during meals. Prior experience in caring for elderly people will be viewed favorably. This employment opportunity offers an initial temporary contract that may evolve into a permanent position. Working hours are full-time, with a rotating shift schedule covering Monday through Sunday, respecting legally mandated rest periods. Remuneration will comply with the applicable collective agreement for dependent-person care services.
