Professional growth opportunities within an expanding group **CRÉDITOPORTUCOCHE GROUP CONTINUES TO GROW** Upcoming opening of a **new parking building and vehicle management facility at Málaga Airport** We are looking to hire a: **CENTER MANAGER / LAUNCH COORDINATOR** We seek a committed, solution-oriented, and leadership-capable individual to lead the launch and operational management of our new facilities. **Main Responsibilities** * Comprehensive organization and coordination of the center. * Daily operational supervision and process control. * Team management, coordination, and leadership. * Operational planning and resource optimization. * Supervision of customer service and service quality. * Coordination of incidents and continuous operational improvement. **WHAT WE VALUE** * **Prior experience in roles involving responsibility, team coordination, or management.** * Strong organizational skills, leadership ability, and decision-making capacity. * A solution-oriented, proactive, and results-driven profile. * Ability to work effectively in dynamic and growing environments. * Valid driver's license is mandatory. * **Good command of English.
