Working as part of the ERP team, you will gather information, analyze requirements, and solve problems, providing technical and operational support. **What you’ll do:** * Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and technical models, aligning customer processes with ERP solution capabilities. * Configure and parameterize Microsoft Dynamics 365, ensuring implemented processes meet the customer’s operational needs. * Participate in workshops and working sessions with clients, functional consultants, and business stakeholders for solution analysis, design, and validation, as well as managing gaps identified during the prototyping phase. * Collaborate closely with technical and development teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately reflected in system technical specifications and functionalities. * Evaluate the customer’s business processes to identify, define, and trace functional and non-functional requirements. * Document system configuration and produce necessary documentation to facilitate client adoption and use of the solution. * Participate in system testing and end-user training.
