Job Summary: We are seeking an Engineer to manage the project portfolio and planning, including tracking, cost control, and document management. Key Highlights: 1. KPI management and reporting to Management **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Portfolio, capacity, and workload planning. * Project planning across different phases (proposal phase, execution phase): \- Resource planning \- Progress tracking \- Cost control \- Meeting management (internal, with clients, etc.) \- Change control * Document control management (use of document management platforms, SDLs, TQs, etc.) * KPI management (with reporting to Management) **REQUIREMENTS:** * Engineering degree * Languages: English B2/C1 * Familiarity with Oracle P6 Primavera / MS Project is desirable * Experience in the sector (planning or production areas) is desirable Employment type: Full-time Salary: 26\.000,00€\-30\.000,00€ per year Work location: On-site
