Additionally, it will be necessary to organize raw materials, supervise proper handling, storage, and preservation of food according to current hygiene regulations, and maintain a clean and orderly workplace. The position also requires active participation in menu planning and contribution of new gastronomic suggestions. An indefinite full-time employment contract is offered. Working hours are scheduled from Tuesday to Saturday, 18:00 to 01:00, and on Sundays from 18:00 to 23:00, with a monthly salary of 1570 euros. A minimum of two years’ experience in Cuban cuisine is required.
