Description
The position requires performing a series of fundamental tasks essential for the proper functioning of the office. These responsibilities cover both customer service and internal administrative duties. In the customer service area, the person will be responsible for handling inquiries via telephone and in person, ensuring professional and efficient service. This task involves active listening, identifying needs, and resolving questions or problems, acting as the organization’s first point of contact with customers or suppliers. Additionally, incoming and outgoing email and postal mail will be managed, ensuring appropriate record-keeping and follow-up of all communications. Regarding administrative functions, the person will be responsible for entering and updating data in the company’s computer systems, maintaining information accuracy and confidentiality. Another essential task is document filing—both physical and digital—organizing documents according to established protocols to facilitate rapid retrieval. General administrative support will also be provided, which may include preparing reports, managing calendars, organizing meetings, or any other tasks assigned by the supervisor to support departmental workflow.
The offered salary is set in accordance with the collective agreement applicable to the sector. A minimum of two years’ experience in similar positions within administrative or customer service fields is required. Knowledge of administrative and accounting management, as well as familiarity with office software and management systems, will be particularly valued. The candidate must demonstrate communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
