




Job Summary: We are seeking an Information and Access Control Assistant to perform duties related to reception, supervision, and facility management, including reporting anomalies and leading evacuations. Disability certificate (>=33%) is valued Information and Access Control Assistant position located in the central area of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Candidates must have training or experience in reception, customer service, access control, concierge services, or general services, along with basic office software skills (Word, Outlook). Rotating afternoon shifts (14:00–22:00) from Monday to Sunday are mandatory, with rotating weekly days off. Candidates holding a disability certificate equal to or greater than 33%, or a permanent disability resolution, are especially encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include opening and closing facilities, providing in-person and telephone assistance to users, managing access control using computerized tools, conducting supervision rounds, handling mail and keys, reporting anomalies, preparing incident reports, and leading evacuations in case of emergencies. A temporary contract for substitution purposes is offered, with potential for extension. The working schedule is part-time (28 hours per week), with a gross monthly salary of EUR 888 paid in 14 installments.
