**Your Mission** ================ * Configure and continuously optimize routing rules for live merchants across multiple payment providers * Manage payment traffic to maximize approval rates while maintaining optimal processing costs * Monitor payment performance, investigate routing issues, and adjust traffic allocation when needed * Analyze payment declines, provider performance, and transaction trends to improve routing efficiency * React to operational changes such as blocked MIDs, provider limitations, and traffic shifts * Work closely with Technical Support, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure stable payment processing. **What Makes You a Great Fit** ============================== * At least 3\+ years of experience in Payment Routing, Payment Operations, Payment Orchestration, Acquiring, or PSP Operations * Experience in FinTech, PSP, iGaming, Crypto or similar industries * Experience working with multiple PSPs and acquiring partners * Familiarity with custom payment routing platforms and automation tools * Hands\-on experience configuring routing and managing live payment traffic * Strong understanding of acquiring, routing, authorization flow, payment providers, MIDs, and approval optimization * Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues and make data\-driven decisions * Experience with Excel, SQL, Tableau, Grafana, or similar analytical tools * Fluent Russian and working English **Why You'll Love It Here** =========================== * **Meaningful Impact**: a chance to make a real impact by contributing directly to the growth of a leading fintech company in the payments space! * **Career Development**: we’re young, very ambitious, and serious about growth.
