Resolves basic incidents and maintains order. **Description:** ---------------- Responsible for ensuring production in the Fine Blanking section in terms of quality, cost, and schedule. Daily monitoring of section requirements. Ensures operators work according to established job instructions. Identifies and resolves basic machine incidents. Collaborates with and promotes improvement within the section. Maintains order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements** -------------- Formal education is not mandatory, although a medium or higher vocational qualification will be valued. Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar roles within metal stamping manufacturing; experience in Fine Blanking is especially valued. Experience in personnel management. Preferred qualifications: Basic level of Occupational Risk Prevention User-level computer skills Dynamic individual capable of working autonomously and assuming responsibilities Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and common sense Sense of responsibility and a positive attitude toward work.
