What are we looking for?
* Degree in Physiotherapy and active professional registration.
* Additional training in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, Pilates, or pelvic floor rehabilitation is desirable but not mandatory.
* Enthusiasm for learning, continuous professional development, and long-term growth within the same project.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and enjoy sharing knowledge with other professionals.
* Empathy, approachability, and excellent communication skills with patients.
* Commitment, initiative, and responsibility to deliver the highest quality of care.
What do we offer?
* Part-time schedule initially (minimum 25 hours per week), transitioning later to full-time.
* Working hours: Initially, we require coverage during afternoon shifts from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
* Free weekends; we only work Monday through Friday.
* Salary above the collective agreement, plus monthly performance-based incentives.

What do we expect from you?
* To assess, diagnose, and treat patients individually, providing close, high-quality care.
* To design and explain personalized treatment and therapeutic exercise plans tailored to each patient’s needs to support recovery.
* To coordinate closely with other team members (physiotherapy, psychology, and reception) to provide comprehensive care.
* To maintain a mindset of continuous learning by actively participating in clinical sessions and center-provided training.
* To ensure every patient enjoys an excellent experience, paying attention to both treatment and interpersonal interaction.
* To teach Pilates classes as part of the center’s group activities.
