You will join a dynamic, results-oriented team, contributing to turning every customer visit into a pleasant experience. **Your Key Responsibilities** * **Welcome, advise,** and **retain** our customers. * **Drive sales** by monitoring KPIs (average transaction value, units per transaction, conversion rate). * **Maintain the store**: restocking, organization, cleaning, and visual merchandising. * **Manage inventory**: receiving, labeling, and restocking in the sales area. * **Cashier operations**, including opening, cash reconciliation, and closing procedures. **Requirements and Skills We Value** * Commercial profile: **customer- and sales-goal-oriented**, positive attitude, **energy and teamwork**; passion for **fashion/footwear**. * **Flexible availability and willingness to extend hours** to meet store needs (weekends and shift coverage). * **Prior retail experience is desirable** (fashion/footwear preferred). * **Familiarity with commercial KPIs**; however, if you’re not yet proficient, we’ll train you! **What We Offer** * Join a **solid, trusted company**, leader in footwear retail. * **Fixed + variable compensation**, based on store objectives. * **Ongoing training** in products, sales techniques, and KPIs to support your professional growth. * **Exclusive discounts** of 30% for you and your family. * **A close-knit work environment**, with a supportive team from day one. **Key Highlights at a Glance** * **Position**: Sales Associate for footwear, accessories, and complementary items. * **Base Store**: Merkal Olaberría (Ihurre Neighborhood – Parcel 9, Industrial Park 201) * **Working Hours**: 24 hours per week. * **Schedule**: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday – rotating shifts from 10:00–14:00 or 16:30–20:30; Wednesday and Saturday – 16:30–20:30.
