Join us in pursuing solutions for a sustainable future.** Acciona, within its construction business line, requires the incorporation of a Construction Administrator for an important building project in Bilbao.**Job Description** Mission: Collaborate and support projects carried out by your unit/department, in accordance with guidelines provided by your supervisor, to perform delegated tasks satisfying internal customer needs. Responsibilities: * Control of delivery notes and proforma invoices * Accounting for supplier invoices * Issuing client invoices * Managing subcontractor personnel * Accounting for invoices * Preparing balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements * Monitoring cost deviations They are responsible for executing construction contracts. They plan, optimize, and supervise resource utilization to ensure construction works are completed on time, according to specifications, and within budget.
