Job Summary: We are seeking production workers for bakery, pastry, pizza, and sandwich manufacturing, including dough mixing, fermentation, baking, ingredient placement, and final packaging. We are looking for production workers to work in food production workshops located in Lugo, Begonte, and Outeiro de Rei. The job involves daily tasks such as product preparation, dough mixing, fermentation of bread, pastries, pizzas, and sandwiches. You will also perform baking, ingredient placement, and final packaging of products for distribution. The offered contract is a fixed-term intermittent contract, allowing schedule compatibility with other responsibilities or studies. Flexibility to adapt to rotating production shifts is essential, along with a positive attitude toward daily work and access to a personal vehicle for commuting to the facilities. On-the-job guidance is provided from day one to ensure mastery of all functions and successful integration into the role.
