In Villabona, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented person to join our production team. Your primary responsibilities will include operating rubber presses—a role requiring precision and agility to ensure the highest quality. We highly value meticulousness, speed in execution, and a strong commitment to doing work well, as your contribution will directly impact the final outcome of our products. Working hours are organized into rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts, offering flexibility to balance your personal life with a dynamic work environment. We foster a collaborative and mutually supportive atmosphere where each individual contributes to the team’s success. We will provide the necessary initial training so you feel comfortable and prepared from day one. We value the ability to work quickly and accurately, along with a positive and responsible attitude. While prior experience in industrial settings is beneficial, it is not mandatory, as we offer a comprehensive training program. We seek candidates available immediately to cover a medical leave replacement, ensuring swift onboarding and a temporary contract. Ability to work with precision and speed, good attitude and responsibility, availability to work rotating shifts.
