Analysis of key performance indicators and continuous improvement Section Manager for Store (Permanent Contract) This position assumes full responsibility for managing a section within a retail establishment. The incumbent ensures smooth operation of the area by combining team organization, operational supervision, and focus on commercial outcomes. The goal is to achieve optimal performance and deliver a satisfying shopping experience for customers. Daily tasks include coordinating section staff: assigning shifts, organizing tasks, and managing absences. It also involves coaching, training, and motivating the team to enhance their development and performance. Stock control is essential, including restocking merchandise, conducting inventories, performing stock counts, and maintaining order in both sales areas and the warehouse. In addition, commercial campaigns and visual merchandising activities are implemented according to established guidelines. Continuous analysis of key indicators—such as sales and customer satisfaction—is required to identify improvement opportunities and propose adjustments. Work is carried out in coordination with store management and managers of other sections to ensure consistent and efficient operations. A results-oriented attitude, strong organizational skills, and problem-solving ability in the day-to-day challenges of the retail environment are highly valued. Prior experience in retail or commerce, especially in roles involving responsibility or team coordination, is required. Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent. An organized, proactive, and leadership-capable profile is required. Strong communication skills and clear customer orientation are essential. A proactive attitude, commitment, and willingness to assume responsibilities are sought. Flexibility in working hours is required to cover commercial shifts, including weekends and public holidays as business needs dictate.
