Job Summary: A Production Operator assists in the production process, performs quality control, maintains equipment, and supports internal logistics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate and support the production process. 2. Perform quality controls and verify equipment. 3. Support internal logistics and environmental management. **Why do we need you?** \- Operate and support the production process, collaborating with various operations along the chain and assisting the team throughout the production cycle. \- Carry out quality controls, identifying errors or deviations in products before production completion. \- Verify equipment and material conditions, ensuring proper functionality and immediately reporting any incidents. \- Maintain order and cleanliness at the workstation, appropriately managing waste generated during the shift. \- Comply with and supervise safety measures, reporting any anomalies in the plant and adhering to established regulations. \- Ensure appropriate environmental management, controlling waste, discharges, emissions, and promoting practices of reduction, reuse, and energy savings. \- Manage and maintain environmental documentation, including waste records, environmental incidents, drills, and deviations from the Management System. \- Support internal logistics, using the forklift to correctly position materials and assisting in stock control, green points, SLOBs, and safe storage of hazardous waste. **Is this job right for you?** If you have: \- Experience as a production operator in a factory \- Recent forklift operator experience within the last 3 years in the industrial sector \- A valid forklift license \- Motivation to learn \- Drive and proactivity \- Versatility and dynamism \- Open-mindedness \- Strong interpersonal skills \- Good teamwork ability **Don’t forget anything** At Saint\-Gobain, we value teamwork and talent development.
