Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Works Supervisor for infrastructure and civil engineering projects who will oversee construction execution, monitor schedules, and coordinate field teams. We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, an international French engineering group with a multisectoral approach, operating across key infrastructure and energy domains. We are currently looking for a **Civil Works Supervisor** for infrastructure and civil engineering projects located in the **EBRO – PYRENEES** region. ##### **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Supervise civil works execution, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and safety and quality standards. * Monitor schedules, resources, and physical progress of construction. * Coordinate and verify the work of contractors, subcontractors, and technical teams on site. * Review technical documentation, drawings, and progress reports. * Prepare daily and weekly site reports, including material control, deviations, and construction progress. * Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and environmental standards. **What are we looking for?** * University degree (Bachelor's or higher) or technical qualification in **Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), or related field**. * More than **5 years of experience** in civil works supervision, project management, or site leadership for infrastructure or construction projects. * Proficiency in reading drawings, quality control of construction works, and coordination of contractors and subcontractors. * Willingness to **reside at the project location**, with **100% on-site work** **(Vall d'Aran, Seu d'Urgell and Pallars Sobirà – Province of Lleida)**. Permanent on-site presence is required.
