We are looking for **a Collective Catering Cleaning Service Assistant (ASL) for Substitutions**. The selected candidate will be responsible for cleaning kitchen facilities. **Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning tasks for utensils, stoves, equipment, and tableware in the restaurant and kitchen, as well as for kitchen areas. * Clean dining rooms and kitchen spaces, bars, and utensils. * Prepare ingredients required by the chef (e.g., cutting, peeling…) and provide support during dish preparation. * Carry out auxiliary tasks in food production.
