If so, you’re in luck—we are currently seeking a PERSONNEL DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT TECHNICIAN (SELECTION AND TALENT MANAGEMENT AREA) for one of our companies located at the Group’s central offices in Lleida: Your main responsibilities will include: * Managing the full selection cycle: publishing job offers, screening candidates, competency-based interviews, and preparing reports for hiring managers. * Coordinating onboarding and the corporate Welcome Plan across all Group companies. * Managing the internship and trainee program: agreements, follow-up, and assessment of potential. * Collaborating with department heads to define job profiles and meet the organization’s talent needs. * Maintaining the internal talent map and succession plans, prioritizing internal mobility. * Managing relationships with temporary staffing agencies, universities, and external providers, promoting the Group’s employer branding. * Designing development pathways for key groups and measuring their impact. * Ensuring regulatory compliance (Equality Plan, GDPR) throughout all selection processes. * Managing SAP SuccessFactors as the supporting tool for selection and talent management. * Etc **REQUIREMENTS:** * **Education**: University degree in Psychology, Labor Relations, or Business Administration and Management. Master’s degree in HR or People Management preferred. **Technical Knowledge**: Experience in competency-based selection, talent management, and recruitment methodologies is desirable.
