The main responsibility is to ensure that the metal fabrication process is efficient and meets quality standards. This involves directly operating various machines to produce final products. A positive attitude, adaptability to change, and willingness to collaborate closely with team members on daily plant tasks are essential. The work schedule is organized from Monday to Friday, supporting a healthy balance between work and personal life. Previous experience in an industrial environment or with machinery is required. Experience with shearing machines, presses, or bending machines is desirable. Proficiency in using hand tools is required.
