We are currently seeking a Supervisor for the morning shift at one of the group’s companies located in Mollerussa. Your primary mission will be to ensure the proper functioning of the packaging area, guaranteeing achievement of production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets through team coordination, resource optimization, and adherence to established standards. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? * Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities to ensure operational efficiency. * Ensure compliance with the production plan by optimally managing deadlines, priorities, and resources. * Coordinate format changes, line startups, and shutdowns, minimizing unproductive time and maximizing output. * Lead and manage the production team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented work environment. * Ensure compliance with established quality standards across all production processes. * Guarantee compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, promoting a safe working culture. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in production processes to increase productivity and efficiency. Requirements * Qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education * Preferred: \- Knowledge of quality regulations and standards applicable to production processes. + Experience or knowledge of packaging processes within the food industry. + Basic knowledge of packaging machinery and ability to coordinate technical incidents and requirements with the maintenance department. * Requirements: \- Minimum required qualification: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO). + Prior experience in industrial environments, particularly valued if gained in the food sector. + Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle to access the workplace. + Organizational skills, teamwork ability, and orientation toward achieving objectives and meeting deadlines.
