The services it provides include legal, human resources, IT, and administrative support. **We are currently looking for:** Labor Relations Technician (Pharma) We seek a highly qualified HR professional to join our team in the pharmaceutical industry. As a Labor Relations Technician, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in managing and developing talent within our organization. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Payroll: Payroll management and processing, calculation of tax withholdings and Social Security contributions. * Hiring: Participation in the employee selection and hiring process, including job posting, conducting interviews, and candidate evaluation. * Staff Selection: Use of interview techniques and interview preparation to identify and select top candidates. * Administrative Tasks: Execution of labor procedures and formalities, such as registration, deregistration, and modifications with Social Security. * Human Resources: Participation in the implementation and monitoring of HR policies and procedures. **For this position, we seek a professional with:** * University degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proven experience in payroll, hiring, staff selection, interview techniques, and labor formalities. * Solid knowledge of Social Security and labor legislation. * Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. * Proactivity, attention to detail, commitment to quality, initiative, analytical thinking, flexibility, and orientation toward both external and internal customers.
