Job Summary: Carglass is seeking a Workshop Manager to join its team, focused on maximizing center performance, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality. We need to select a Workshop Manager for full-time employment to fill a position at one of our service centers located in Gavà. We offer a temporary contract to cover a medical leave. What will your day-to-day responsibilities be? **Center Performance:** Maximize jobs and profitability—i.e., achieve, and exceed if possible, the center’s target number of jobs and budget. Team and personal management and development: Effectively manage team performance and development to maximize center productivity. **Customer Management:** Consistently provide solutions to customers and strive to meet their needs using all tools available within the company. **Quality Management:** Apply and ensure correct implementation of technical and administrative procedures established by Carglass® and client companies. **Technical and Administrative Tasks at the Service Center:** Receive and store materials delivered from warehouses or suppliers; handle requests for sending documentation to Administration to support billing or client audits; perform assembly tasks (replacements and repairs) when necessary, indicating availability in the schedule. * Commercial Management: Sell the center’s available products and/or services to customers; identify opportunities—including corporate visits—as needed to generate jobs for the center.
